Please join us on Sunday, June the 5th at Tory’s Landing for a special day. You will have the opportunity to walk the property and see inside some of the cottages at Tory’s Landing. Afterwards, you are invited for lunch at one of the owner’s cottage. The President of the Association, Franci Alter will join us so you can ask her any questions that you might have about being an owner at Tory’s Landing. One of the things that has made Tory’s Landing so special is its dedicated Board of Directors. The Board ensures that the owners best interests are always looked after. And it really shows. The property and cottages at Tory’s Landing are in great shape and the community is on a strong financial footing. This is your opportunity to get the inside scoop.
Meet the Developer of Tory’s Landing
Shared cottage ownership was pioneered by Chandler Point Corporation in 1999. Since that time Chandler Point has been the leader in the fractional or shared cottage ownership industry.
John Puffer, President of Chandler Point Corporation will be at Tory’s Landing on June the 5th to share the history of the property and answer any questions that you might have about shared cottage ownership.
